Choosing a storage facility can be overwhelming. Here are some questions we frequently get from customers that may help you in your search for the best storage facility based on your needs.

  • What unit sizes do you have available? Our website shows the unit sizes we currently have available - select the location you are interested in and the available unit sizes are displayed on the home page.

  • What unit size do I need? The home page of our website displays the unit sizes available with a brief description of how much can be stored in each unit type. Sometimes you just need to see it to assess the space - call us and we'll provide you with directions to view a model unit.

  • How much do I need to pay up front to rent a unit? A refundable security deposit is charged upon rental - the deposit amount is the 1-month rental fee for the unit. We prorate the rent for your 1st month based on your move in date. Example: Unit cost is $100 month and you are moving in on the 15th of the month. Your up front cost to rent the unit is $100 deposit plus $50 rent for your move in month=$150.

  • Is there a minimum rental period? When you rent with us, it is a month by month rental.

  • What discounts are available? We offer military and student discounts, contact us for rates.

  • During what hours can I access my storage unit? You can access your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. In the event of large snowstorms, we ask that you give our maintenance crew, 24-36 hours to clear the site.

  • Is there outdoor, drive up access to my storage unit? Yes, all of units have drive up access.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock? Yes, bring your own lock when you move into your unit. We recommend disc locks.

  • When can I move in? As soon as you have set up your account (online or call us at (207)893-8097), reviewed our storage agreement and made your first payment, you can move into your unit!
